I have no problem selling my pigs as most local butchers want to sell quality traditional meat to their customers. Who wouldn’t want a joint of pork that produces crispy crackling without the need to add extra fat or salt!
As a new challenge I am starting to venture into showing my pigs at the local agricultural shows. This is also proving to be fun if not challenging at the minute!
